Maximizing a physical stat

Well, my method would of course abuse Extract Gift. The 5 step process for any SCM to use, baring time / effort raising CL.
1) Make a Simulacrum of a creature with a high Con. Paragon + Multi-headed templates are great for this.
2) Make another.
3) Polymorph + Strength of the True Form to count the creatures as demons. Even if the creature cannot use the spells, you could have scrolls of the persisted version of those spells, and have the creature use a SC Cookie of Magic Savant.
4) Bounce back and forth between them with Extract Gift, raising their Con until EG's diminishing return causes the bonus to stop growing.

The Naga Goddess from my game has Con 109
First casting = bonus of 24, resulting in #2 having 133.
Second casting = bonus of 30, resulting in #1 having 139.
Third casting = bonus of 32, resulting in #2 having 141.
Fourth casting = bonus of 32, resulting in both of them now having 141.

If you used other Con boosting methods on her, Giant Size (12)+ Aura of Vitality (4)+ Visage of the Deity (4)+ Wish / Miracle (5) + Passion Domain power via Domain Draught (4)+ Rhul(4)+ DCFS: Deformity (Obese) (2)+ Fiend of Possesion (4)+ Fiend of Corruption (3)= 42

meaning the starting score would be 151

First casting = bonus of 35, resulting in #2 having 184.
Second casting = bonus of 43, resulting in #1 having 192.
Third casting = bonus of 45, resulting in #2 having 194.
Fourth casting = bonus of 46, resulting in #1 having 195.
Fifth casting = bonus of 46, resulting in both having 195.

5) Buff anyone / everyone with the maxed out number (in the example above, everyone would get 32 [or 46], though you would need a CL of 128 [or 184]).

*6) Do this crap with the other stats too.

Your CL for Shadow Miracle would be ~89 (83 for Illusion, +2 for A. Thesis, +4? for Earth Spell), meaning if you used the Ioun Stone too you'd have ~92.
Then add in Domain Draught (illusion)+1, Terran Brandy +2, Vial of the Last Gasp +1, DCFS: Elder Giant Magic +3, Spell Thematics +1, Inspire Spellpower (Bard song) +1, Harmonic Chorus +2, Mystic Surge +1, Spell Enhancer +2, Suffer the Flesh +5 = +19 for 101

If you DCFS'd Practiced Spellcaster: the other 2 classes, and had a Bard use Inspire Greatness boosted with Song of the heart to count you as having 3 extra HD, for + some insane amount. I'll not use this for now, too confusing.

With the 101 CL, use GCF to add 50. Leaving your CL at that point at 151 using all of the above tricks. Max for EG at that point would be 37.
Much more with the IG bard, but I'll leave that CL calculation up to you.
