Hmm, I thought they did, so in my minor fixes to the system I made that not happen (I made it so you can spend a full minute to shape a meld, a swift action to remove a meld, and standard action to bind a chakra).
Well, either way, I'm still not sure you can, because it's not a physical weapon that you can just leave somewhere. If you bind it, you might have a better case (because it's solid now), but it's certainly not intended to be allowed for this to happen. I think they kind of ignored that and didn't add a rule. They certainly intended them to block items (as in, not be able to be enchanted, if you can enhance Incarnum Weapon, you can enhance any other meld with appropriate body slot abilities), so it's certainly implied that you can't do this.
If I were you, I'd just ask for some DM fiat, and if you'll excuse me, I'm going to go modifier my incarnum changes to include a clause prohibiting the enhancement of melds.
