I've seen in a lot of cases where you have to make jump checks to succeed on something like a running jump, or a combat maneuver from Tome of Battle. But what about if the creature has a natural fly skill? Could that not aid them? Maybe a circumstance bonus of at least +2 for every category above poor (average +2, good +4, perfect +6)? Obviously there's no static synergy bonus for it because there's no skill for it in 3.5 like there is in Pathfinder, but shouldn't it theoretically aid you in some way if you've got the room to spread your wings (or a magic fly which doesn't require wings)?
