No really.
Besides the obvious inside joke ...  ;)

3e Rogue that is the party Face.
Diplomancy with fixes.
Shapechanging and disguises.
And FIRE !!   :flame ... FIRE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You can build something kinda like this in 4e.
Not quite a legit concept / workable PC.
Changeling Rogue/Sorc with lots of specifics.
(I'm not going to critique 4e skill challenges
even if that is the direction of this build)
