dual weilding poison rings...

Can it be done

Im leaning to "no" because they use touch attacks (standard actions).  But if it can, im hinking of the tiger claw tyoe character

Since when are touch attacks a standard action?  I think you're confusing yourself somewhere.  Most touch spells are a standard action, but that is certainly different than a touch attack.

I see no reason why you couldn't wield two poison rings.

That would actually be a really cool idea!  The -2 to hit is marginalized by making touch attacks, and manoeuvres are what deal the real damage, not the base weapon.

Nothing in the description of the weapon states that its attacks must be standard actions, nor does the Rules Compendium mention anything about touch attacks having to be standard actions.

"Touch attack" just means you roll vs a lower AC. It's not a type of action itself.

I was thinking of special touch attacks in the "special abilities" portion of the monster manual. Glad im wrong :):cool
