So the point is to get a lot of charisma synergy on the second side, right? Well, firstly, Wilders get Elude touch at level 2, not 1. Worth bearing in mind that it is not a flat bonus to touch AC either, it works only against touch attacks and the bonus cannot make your AC against touch attacks higher than your regular AC.
About charisma synergy then. If you worry about your saves, Hexblade helps. Depending on how far you want to go, you could even use it to debuff enemy saves with the Dark companion ACF that comes online (IIRC) at level 4. A one level Marshal dip would give you a Minor aura, which could be used to add your charisma modifier to, say, initiative checks. To the same end, once it becomes available, you might want to take a look at Ruin Delver's Fortune. An immediate action spell that grants a bonus to one save equal to your charisma modifier. Not bad for a charisma-heavy character.
The Sorcerer side is slightly more tricky. What kind of a role do you expect to fulfill? Assuming that the second side of the build will concentrate on giving you passive benefits, you could go and grab a prestige class or two on the other side to give your Sorcerer a little bit more oomph. Prestige class suggestions are quite useless unless you have an idea as to what you want to do though.
As for the race, how about good ol' Kobold? By next level you could be taking a dip to Mindbender and accessing Mindsight.
