Alright, I am a player in a Paizo campaign (still 3.5) called Rise of The Runelords, and one of my party members are in need of a new character. The DM has warned us that the campaign is
Nintendo Hard, which I interpret as an invitation to go near full-TO. The other party consists of:
Grey elf wizard 5 (me). Going Incantatrix from now on.
Human monk 1/druid 4. Good character.
Human bard 5. Sucks, but never really gets close to dying because he is damn a chicken. A liability.
Humanoid-ish monk X/psychic warrior Y. Has rolled pure 1s on his HP rolls. Interesting character, but always close to death.
Human ranger 5. The worst of the lot. Str 10, stupid feats, and hits the party about as often as he hits the enemies.
The guy playing the ranger has realized his level of suckage, and has requested me to help him build a better character for the group. He is very interested in the Bear Warrior PrC , he likes dwarves, and he freaking loves monks. Well, Im not going to actually make him a monk, but I am going to get him some of that karate/kung fu flavor that he likes.. In bear form.

Mind you that I never design and play non-casters for myself, and that I might have missed some obvious feats or dips that this dip can take advantage of. So, if we assume that all official WotC material (No pathfaliure) material is allowed, how can this be made better? And what items can he take advantage of in bear form?
