Warforged Bone Knight

How does Warforged Composite Plating interact with the Bone Knight class feature Exoskeleton of Undeath? Do I not gain it, does it replace the Plating, do I become some kind of bone warforged? (That last one puts some nice images in my head, I admit)

Unfortunately I dont think you can wear the bone armor in the first place though RAW it still fuses with you even if you were not actually wearing it.

That's what I suspected. I'll run that by my DM, and if he finds it too odd I'll see about getting the Warforged feat that totally removes the plating.
