This is all I can find for a printable character sheet. 

If you need to acquire the book, you can buy a PDF here.  You can also buy a used copy online for about the same price.

Have you tried myth-weavers.com?  I've never played WoD before, but I'm sure I've seen them advertising those games on their forums from time to time.
