Simple questions - Simple Questions Thread Location, Cleric turning stat

Q1. I recall useful 'Ask a simple question' threads on the previous forum.  Have not seen those here.  Are they still around?

Q2. Is there a way to change the turning stat of a cleric from Charisma to something else?  I want to be able to dump Cha and still get lots of turn attempts.  I recall serenity doing that for Paladins, but I don't have the magazine to check if I can get it on a cleric (prestige paladin cheese?)

Q1: There's an entire Ask A Question forum for this.

Q2: I doubt it, but check the X stat to Y bonus handbook.

Ask a Question is under the "Play Like You Have To" sub board.

The only way I know of to turn a cleric's turning stat is to go Prestige Paladin and then get the Serenity feat from Dragon 306.
