I'm still curious how you expect the third one to be reasonably achieved. Second is awkward enough. :huh

At 1 spawn each day, you'd fill the requirement in less than 2 years. 2 each day and you fill it in less than a year.
Pretty fast considering the whole immortality thing.
In game terms though... ideally you do it as part of your backstory and you already have the levels before the campaign begins.
Otherwise... well... if you at least begin as a vampire you can have already a bunch of them made in the backstory as well.
Otherwise... better get busy and spend some time in each village. Its gonna take a while.

Yeah, it's the whole 'great, now I need to find another 660 people who can't get away from me before being turned into spawn, preferably without huge gaps of time in between so I spend most of my levels trying to fill the requirement for these' bit. Starting with it is one option, but starting with the requirements for VL3 but not the thing itself seems... cheap.

How to take third vampire lord in five easy steps:
1-Find isolated village of humies/goblin camp!
2-OMNONOMNOMONOM all night long!
2b-Remember to be triggering Create Spawn!
3-Make sure to leave enough survivors to perform the necessary funeral services (or bury them yourself you lazy bastard, you don't tire)
4-?
5-Profit!

Basically, you just need to create spawns, you don't need to control them or even hang around until they return. If you're in an hurry, an orgy of blood is a perfectly viable solution. After all, what kind of lousy vampire wants to be a lord but can't even corrupt a village? :p

I just never considered Belmont to be that muscled, at least from the old pixel arts. :p

This was the first Castlevania I played. And the bishonen dude on the front was so much better gameplay wise that he's been burned in my memory as the default Castlevania hero. :P

Legacy of Darkness-By spending 3 Blood Charges the Vampire Lord can add the highest of its Str or Cha mod to all its saves for 1 round.

Looking at this one again, even with a free action activation, it doesn't really seem... practical? It'd cost too much to add to your saves continuously, but you can't use it as a reaction to something.

Made it an immediate action.

Also you need to post your character's actions for the plothook.net campaign.

Is the flight a supernatural power? I'm assuming 'yes', but it's not specified, and the natural armour's not really a su thing. :lmao

Removed evil prerequisite since vampires kinda mainstream and if you can figure out a way to be non-evil and meet the prerequisites I guess you deserve it.

At 3rd level the Vampire Lord gains +1 HP per HD and is no longer as vulnerable to the hated sunlight as its lesser brethern, and can go about in broad daylight if it desires. Under sunlight, it takes a -4 penalty to all ability scores and on all attacks, saves, and skill checks. Also, a vampire lord in sunlight cannot use any of its supernatural powers. Victims of its domination power are not freed of the vampire lord's control during daylight hours; the vampire lord can verbally command any creature in its thrall even in direct sunlight. Spells that produce sunlight effects cannot harm a vampire lord; only direct light from the sun can weaken it. If the vampire lord is destroyed while exposed to direct sunlight, it seems to die, but unless the body is disposed of as described below, it assumes gaseous form as soon as the sun sets and attempts to return to its coffin.

Hmm, but the only explanation for what happens when you hit 0HP as a normal vampire is whilst you have Dark Healing active.

Does a Vampire Lord get the turn-into-gas benefit regardless of Dark Healing being used or not?
