What can you do with this? (strange AoE stun)

I'm planning to take a PrC that allows you to deal your unarmed strike damage in a 30ft. cone as energy damage (your choice of fire/cold/acid/sonic/electricity). It costs two stunning fist uses and allows a Reflex save for halving the damage. You also can give up an additional stunning fist attempt to stun the enemy (vs regular stunning fist DC). It's a supernatural ability.
What can you do with this? How would I get enough stunning fists per day to use this and how can I maybe change the AoE (ie more range - is that possible?)

Well there is feats in Tome of Magic that applies to supernatural abilities. So some of those might be useful.

Does this ability count as an Stunning Fist attempt? If yes, Ability Focus(Stunning Fist) helps a little.

1) Make the PrC easy to enter (like you can get in at 3rd level, after 2 levels of monk).
2) Make its levels stack with monk for unarmed progression, AC, movement, and stunning fist uses.
3) Give it better (read: actually useful) class abilities than monk.
4) Give it bonus feats.
5) Create a feat similar to Font of Inspiration, except you gain stunning fist uses. (Note that feats already exist that give addiitonal stunning fist uses, on a limited basis)
6) Design the PrC such that if you choose not to load up on this feat, it is still effective.
7) Congratulations, you have just made core monk levels 3-20 obsolete!

Nice idea. I checked them and some could be quiet useful. Especially widen is something I looked for.

No it doesn't :/

This seems to be a misunderstanding. I didn't make the PrC, I just think about improving it if it's too weak. So I try to get as much information on possible improvements without changing the class in the first place.
But I think giving it bonus feats is a good idea.

Beyond Monks, The Art of the Fight. It's a 3.0 book, but mostly quiet good balanced, so we allowed it in our party. Also, it gives many fun possibilities for mundane characters, in example to use dex for tripping.
