Okay, I've made a few changes to the version in the OP:
- Extinguish is now a swift action from level 1 and extends to medium range. At level 5, you can affect up to large-sized fires.
- Shadow Well functions at will, but a target that makes a save cannot be affected again for 24 hours.
- Added a new ability called Shadow Pin at 4th level.
- Added a new ability called Visions of Shadow (Claireaudiance/Clairvoyance ability) at 5th level.
- Added a new ability called Shadow Scry (Scrying ability) at 8th level.
So, how does it seem? My concern is that Shadow Pin is too good for 4th level, but maybe not. Should it have a save every round to end, like Hold Person does?
