When you let a creature spend a healing surge to regain hit points with one of your cleric powers that has the healing keyword, add your Wisdom modifier to the hit points the recipient regains.
Astral Symbol of the Holy Nimbus (+1) - The range of your area and ranged attack powers increases by 2, gain a +2 bonus to damage rolls if the power has the radiant keyword. The bonus increases to +3 at 11th level and +4 at 21st level.

Then the target gains vulnerable 3 radiant until the end of your next turn, after the power's effects are resolved. The vulnerability increases to 5 at 11th level and 8 at 21st level.
