This soulmeld is already quite potent, especially if you throw some charge/Shock Trooper/leap attack/pounce fun into it. It also workes rather nicely with the a Necklace of Natural Weapons. But, assuming I do not have access to the item and feats what type of equipment would you suggest to add offensive capability?

Although the build is not entirely complete I will most likely be an Azurin Warblade/Totemist/Bloodclaw Master. I will only have a few levels of Totemist and Bonus Essentia plus a few more incarnum feats to keep my Girallon arms full. So this means that the Amulet of Might Fists is not going to be helpful since I generate my own enhancement bonus. Although I will be focusing on my initiator levels, they will be mostly for boosts and counters. I will be relying on my claw attacks as my main form of damage since strikes do not often synergize with multiple attacks. I will probably grab sphinx claws and bind them to my shoulders so you can assume that I have pounce with the claws.

What equipment would you suggest to aid my damage and offense potential?

Anything that can boost your size category will boost the damage of your claws. Wands/Scrolls of Enlarge person, Psionic Tattoos/Dorjes of Expansion. Likewise, since you'll be making multiple attacks on the same round, anything that can boost your damage per attack will be helping you, so other Psychic Warrior powers like Metaphysical Claws, that other Psywar power that gives Energy Damage to claws as well. AFAIK there are a few items that grant rage as well - since that boosts your strenght it can help with both to-hit and damage so it's something to consider - as well as flat strenght bonuses from Tomes/Other items.

Really, boosting claw damage is more or less the same as boosting weapon damage, when you take out the weapon enhancement bit off of it. There's energy damage, size increases, strenght increases, touch attacks & miscellaneous damage boosts, such as those from charging & other maneuvers/feats/class features.

Note that binding Sphinx Claws to your arms chakra gives you pounce with natural weapons.

Depending on what your IL will be, the Leading the Charge stance will be a nice way to help out with damage.  If your IL is 4 or less, Punishing Stance is probably the way to go.  Though Punishing Stance is also good for non-charging situations.

Power Attack + Leap Attack will be useful as well.  And the ever useful Battle Jump (for double damage on a charge) will be rather useful.
