Well, umm, hi. I'm... absolutely, appallingly bad at introductions, and I'm pretty much here because a friend linked me to a thread on the Rule of Cool forums and I joined that so I kind of need to join here in case it's moved back. XD

Felicitations is akin to congratulations.  The root of the word (felicity) means joy or pleasure, so it's an expression of pleasure at the success or good fortune of another.

And by book do you mean dictionary?  Only takes a quick search online to get a definition.
