D&D 3.5 Looking for Help
« on: March 25, 2013, 10:45:57 AM »
Hello everyone! I am here to once again call upon you for help :3
---
We are playing an Evil Eberron (Something I have never played before)
The Allowed books are:
"PHB, PHB II, Eberron Campaign Setting, Complete (Adventuerer, Arcane, Divine, Scoundrel, Warrior) and the Spell Compendium, however some stuff not make the cut if I think it won't fit in or is hella broken. Just to save time, if it is not found in these books I will not allow it."

Level 2
My abilities are: 14, 13, 14, 12, 10, 15
Only two people made it so far, so we have a Beguiler and Rogue right now
I mostly Play Wizards/Sorcs with a few fighter experiences but with my Abilities I am unsure what to make and I wanted to use the many books at our disposal because I haven't made a character from them before.

I have absolutely no clue what to make! I have never actually used all these books before, I have played mostly core stuff, and I am asking help for some fun builds!
I am not trying to Break the game in any means, I am not looking for extremely weird or out this world builds (LA +2  3 Classes/6 PRCs etc)
Just looking for something that messes well with others and is very fun.

Thanks for help in advance.

What ECL are you starting at?
Normally, I would be reading this, open the reply box, decide what I had to say didn't need said, and close out. But this is just too ridiculous.

Druid.

I'll echo this. You do not have any outstanding ability scores, and your group could do with something tankish like throwing bears in the opponents' faces.

We might have a Warforged Fighter that wants to enslave humanity, and the Druid just might be helping him enslave humanity while he enslaves nature.

Any idea what race this druid would play besides Human?

EDIT: Any good variants or etc from the books I listed? I was hoping to use them since I havent previously.

If you had access to Races of Eberron (why don't you have access to that for an Eberron game?) then a Dreamsight Shifter makes an awesome druid.  Other than that, probably human is your best bet.

Honestly Druid 20 is one of the most stable and effective builds out there, and if you can convince your DM to allow Faiths of Eberron you could even be a Planar Shepherd as long as you promise not to go near Xoriat, Fernia, or Dal Quor.

Standard shifter is fine, though at that point human is maybe better.

Check with your GM if he allows Shifting to work with wild shape (it works by the rules, but some GMs might have problems with it). If not, shifter is a really bad choice.
Gnomes and halflings also make perfectly fine druids, even if human is probably a stronger option.

That book Ebberon Campaign Setting has a nice little base class you may want to check out.

Artificer20 is pretty decent.
The Emperor
Can you find the Wumpus?
