Polymorph Hydra+Worg Pelt and Tripping

Make sure this works

+Arcane Spellcaster with Polymorph
+Wrathstrike to make sure the attacks succeed
+Worg Pelt Soulmeld
+Worg Pelt Soulmeld bonded to your Hands Chakra
+Improved Trip Feat

1) Polymorph into a 12 headed hydra (or any hydra will do)
2) Attack normally
2b)  If one of your twelved headed attacks succeeds, worg pelt lets you do a free trip attack with no consequences (if you fail nothing happens)
2c)  If your trip attack succeeds the opponent is prone, furthermore your improved trip feat means you get 12 extra attacks (due to hydra) on the opponent

End your round after most likely performing 20ish successful attacks

The opponent is still prone (if he is alive).  If he tries to stand up you get an attack of opportunity on him, hydra is special and makes this 12 attacks of opportunity.

A hydra is still a single creature, and as such still only gets 1 free attack with Improved Trip and 1 AoO per provocation.
What do I win?

A hydra is still a single creature, and as such still only gets 1 free attack with Improved Trip and 1 AoO per provocation.
I know part of that is untrue due to this line in the srd (it is the exception to the normal rules)

(When I say 12 attack of oppurtunity, you only get 1 AoO but you get to use all 12 heads to attack at once for each AoO)

A hydra also considers a normal attack, x bites where x is the number of heads.  Does this mean it gets x number of attacks with improved trip (once again an exception to the normal rules) or does it only get 1 extra attack with improved trip?

The Combat Reflexes line refers to how a hydra gets a total number of AoOs per round equal to its number of heads, instead of the normal 1+dex bonus, so a 12 headed hydra can make up to 12 AoOs per round instead of the normal 2 it would be limited to with its 12 dex.  And the line, "Hydras can attack with all of their heads at no penalty, even if they move or charge during the round", means they get a full attack on an attack or charge action.  If some effect gives a hydra a bonus attack, it is still just one extra attack allowed.  Now, if the hydra was surrounded by several enemies, it could, with your setup, make bite attacks against each, get a free trip, and if the trip is successful, get a free follow up attack against each.  So it is still a great build for crowd control.
