Here's the idea:
Touch of Healing only has the prerequisite of being able to cast 2nd level spells. I don't want to burn a second feat for my wizard to take Arcane Disciple, but I think this is a legal workaround.
Imbue with Spell Ability states that it actually grants the ability to cast a spell, so if a cleric transfers a second level Conjuration(healing) spell to me, I can use
Touch of Healing until the spell is cast, dismissed or dispelled.
Of course, this costs the cleric the loss of a 4th level slot and possibly a 2nd level slot (though it doesn't actually say the transferred spell slots are unrecoverable) while I do this. I'm not sure that it's worth that cost, but that's another question; does it seem legal?
