So not, for instance, Permanent Emanation and definitely not Epic Spellcasting. No, stuff like Infinite Deflection, Two-Weapon Rend, Exceptional Deflection, and Legendary Wrestler. If the requirements were lowered, and any spellcasters were at least reasonably optimised, would this imbalance the game the other way?

Nope.

You could let 'em be taken from 12th level, and nothing would appreciably get broken.

Also, what about increasing the free monk bonus feats to include the epic stuff (e.g. Legendary Wrestler if you took Improved Grapple)? I highly doubt this would break anything.

I would prefer to tie it to specific classes, to hopefully prevent casters from cherry-picking them...

If a caster wants to invest two feats in avoiding arrows rather than one spell, so be it.

I'd just say no, though.
