Mhm.  :)

"I pounce at you!"
"Oh, you're entering an adjacent square? I'll take an immediate action to full attack and kill you."  :plotting

I'm not sure if it works, since Shadow Pounce requires a descriptor that Abrupt Jaunt may lack.

I usually don't love builds where their schtick is just a few times a day ability.  Unless, I suppose, the ability lasts the entire encounter anyway.  That being said, it's probably not a big deal in this case.  It's not hard to get a lot of Abrupt Jaunts per day, since it runs off of your Int modifier.  And, you'll have all the other means of teleporting around, too.

Just going ye olde gish probably works really well, just b/c it always does b/c Wizard > most things.  Even if you are setting a lot of caster levels on fire to get to Shadow Pounce.  Although I'm sure there are other interesting options.

Dimensional Jaunt if At-Will if you have D Door prepared. That, Celerity, and Twinned [Teleportation] spells are why I made the original Teleportron.

This idea has two sketchy things: if's PF, and basically the psionic version of Abrupt Jaunt (no descriptor). But PF psychoportation psions (nomads) have an at-will standard-action teleport (if you have psionic focus) of range 5'+5'/Psion level starting at level 2, and the Fast Step feat lets you use it as a move action (may, not have to), so that's an easy at-will standard AND move.
