Turn/Rebuke Undead: You can turn or rebuke undead as a cleric of your effective binder level. As with a cleric, you turn if you are good and rebuke if you are evil. If you are neutral, you choose whether to turn or rebuke upon binding with Tenebrous and cannot later change your mind. If you have the ability to turn or rebuke undead from other classes, your levels in those classes stack with your effective binder level for the purpose of determining your turning ability. Once you have used this ability, you cannot do so again for 5 rounds.

So does Tenebrous grant a binder 1 use of Turn/Rebuke undead every 5 rounds or does it grant 3+Charisma mod uses  once every 5 rounds since it says as a cleric of your effective binder level?

Im just curious cause that would be good for a divine Anima Mage

Also, would divine feats count as using said ability?

It is definitely only 1 every 5 rounds. The real question is if you still have the daily 3+Cha limit, on top of only being able to use it once every 5 rounds. I've seen it interpreted both ways by DMs.

With 5 levels of Knight of the Sacred Seal, it would be useable twice every 5 rounds, which would expand the Devotion feats you could use it with.

I don't pee messages into the snow often , but when I do , it's in Cyrillic with Fake Viagra.  Stay frosty my friends.

yea the 3+Cha limit per day is where I am curious.
If the way I am reading it is right then you gain access to the turn/rebuke class feature  as long as you are bound to tenebrous and it can be used once every 5 rounds. And since it is giving it as the class feature per cleric, you would get 3+Cha uses of it.

Now if you have a divine feat such as Divine Metamagic, you spend turn/rebuke uses for mitigating metamagic costs, but you are using the feat and not the actual class feature to do this right? the feat just expends attempts of  turn rebuke undead without you actually turning/rebuking anything.

Does this mean that if a divine adaptation Anima Mage is trying to use Teebrous for DMM that  they would ignore the round limit on turn/rebuke attempts?

I don't think you would inherit the per day limitations of a Cleric.  The ability says "You can turn or rebuke undead as a cleric of your effective binder level," which I believe refers to the Turn or Rebuke Undead special combat action, not necessarily the cleric class feature of the same name.  The reason people (including myself) believe that you can use the Tenebrous ability to fuel Divine feats is because of the last line in the Tenebrous' Rebuke ability of the Tenebrous Apostate prestige class, which explicitly says you can.

Edit:  As I was researching this, I found this thread which you might find useful.  It's rather vitriolic at first, but just scroll down to where Tempest Stormwind starts posting.
I'm not arguing, I'm explaining why I'm right.
