looking for a feat that I saw in a fun finds post.

Someone posted a feat, from Dragon I think, that allowed you to have 5 + HD ranks in INT based skills.  Does anyone remember what that was?   I wrote it down in my "Nifty Things" notebook, but I cannot locate it anymore.

Combine with Kung Fu Genius perhaps?
