Items to Improve Constitution without changing shape?

So, the DM's houseruled that Metamorphing on my DFA/Ardent doesn't result in changing ability scores. Which is kind of annoying, but I've been annoying him by changing from a low Con creature into a War Troll and wailing away with Dazing Blow and using the improved Con to boost my Save DC's. I currently have a +4 item, and will now make it a thing to get a +6 item, as well as ask to change my Stat boosts into Con instead of Wisdom (I have no spells with DC's, that really require boosting all that much outside of Time Hop and Psionic (Spell to Power'd) Wall of Incarnum, and those two work well together anyway (BFC on a failed Will Save, lower Wis on passed save, target reduced Wis save with Time Hop).

So, +6 Item, +5 Tome, and +5 from levelling on an 11 Base (Pt Buy +d6). Is there anything else I can use to boost my Constitution short of Artificer Shenanigans. I'd prefer to not lose my DFA progression either. Currently DFA9/Ardent 3, with Practised Manifester, Orange Prism Ioun Stone and Prayer Beads.

Perhaps grafts or magical locations, not sure how they are necessarily typed

Become Dragonborn to get +2 CON for only 100 GP.  Gain the ability to rage and take Reckless Rage and Ettercap Berserker feats for +8 to CON while raging.

You're missing the Silithar Bones graft (LoM) under "untyped."  They're expensive at 110k, but they are non-magical and stack with everything.

Might want to check and make sure the Str and Dex categories have their respective grafts in there as well.

• Strong Leg: +2 con (inherent); 8,000 gp; fiendish graft; Fiend Folio 211
• Rhul (Battlewine): +4 str & con (alchemical) [1 minute]; 50 gp; medium addiction; Lords of Darkness 184

Its not Artificer shenanigans to get somebody to craft you wondrous items with other Type bonuses than enhancement for Con.

It's core DMG shenanigans 
(x2 price. If you don't have to worry about money too much in your game)

With the rather massive nerf of Metamorph,
(boo --- it's a personal fave) as a compromise
ask the DM if Magic Mantle would let you
qualify for Eldritch Disciple PrC in CMage.
It doesn't improve the more DFA stuff any.
Also a back-rebuild for DFA 10 / Ardent 2 / ED X.

(however these combo types aren't my specialty, idk effectiveness)
