Mage of the Arcane Order Questions

I was looking into the Mage of the Arcane Order and how it's spellpool works.  It says that you can not learn a called spell but it doesn't say much on item creation.  Could I use the spell pool spells to provide the necessary spells required in creating wondrous items?  What about Scribe Scroll and then copying said scroll into my blessed book?

Remember, you can always use Mnemonic Enhancer and/or Mage's Lucubration to cycle a cast Spellpool spell back into your preparation allotment.  This gives you the 24 hour window needed to start the scribing process of the Spellpool spell into your primary wizard spellbook.
