Because I want one to be run on these forums. Even if I neither run nor play in it.

Would anyone be game? I'd think the standard Skins and Skins for the Skinless would be enough in terms of sources.

I could probably be persuaded to play.  Never got the chance to myself, but I've listened to The Walking Eye and maybe another group play and it sounded pretty fun.
