Would an 8th level GVotD be fair if it mainly gave the +4str,+2dex,+4con,+2int,+4wis,+4cha if good or +4str,+4dex,+2con,+4int,+2cha if evil and +1nat?

Yeah, I'd allow it in my campaigns. It won't break anything.

Greater Visage of the Deity as 8th level
« on: November 17, 2011, 08:29:25 PM »
0) The type change doesn't matter by 8th level. It can go or stay.
-1) No wings
-2) No bite & claw or +4 poison saves
-3) No darkvision or LLV
-4) No disease or poison immunities
-5) No DR
-6) No SR

The resistances have always bothered me. They are reversed: The highest [Good] level version shouldn't have the same resistances lowest [Good] one. They should be:
3rd level [Good] = Res10 acid, cold, elec (it's just this and eagle's splender)
6th level [Good] = Res10 acid, cold, elec (you won't need the above due to common item WBL)
8th level [Good] = Res20 acid, cold, elec

3rd level [Evil] = Res10 cold, fire         (Team evil is behind)
6th level [Evil] = Res10 acid, cold, elec, fire   (Team evil is ahead)
8th level [Evil] = Res20 cold, fire            (still stacks with the below)

It seems more than reasonable dude, especially given how much it is gimped.
