Creating a character Help needed, like for real, guys come help me, plz

As my username. I want to create a char with the abilities of Dr. Manhattan. Psion is closest, and blaster is coolest, so blaster psion it is. If the class dosent fit, feel free to suggest a new one, same goes for blaster.
As stated in comment below there is alot of diffrent thing that Dr. Manhattan can do
 Superintelligence
    Super-human strength
    Telekinesis
    Teleportation
    Control of matter at sub-atomic level
    Near-omniscience and personal precognition
    Force-field creation
    Projection of destructive energy
    Full perception of time (perceiving past, present, future simultaneously)
    Physiological manipulation (size, density, colour etc.)
    Near physical immortality (able to walk on surface of the Sun)
    Ability to reverse entropy
    Ability to create life
    Ability to allow objects to pass through him
    Ability to reconstruct himself on the atomic scale
    Ability to create fully independent copies of himself
    No need for air, food or water
BOLD are the important ones, with controll of matter at sub-atomic level is number 1 and Projection of destructive energy is CLOSE second and theese one arent as important but are cool
We start level 1, 32 point buy, all books (some homebrew within reason).

Caster/-fester and Blasting, is the least effective way to go.  However you can do it, and perhaps be near fully functional.

I'm got confused about the Dr Manhattan like the comic book character part.  He was/is uber powerful.  Wikipedia has him doing:
    Superintelligence
    Super-human strength
    Telekinesis
    Teleportation
    Control of matter at sub-atomic level
    Near-omniscience and personal precognition
    Force-field creation
    Projection of destructive energy
    Full perception of time (perceiving past, present, future simultaneously)
    Physiological manipulation (size, density, colour etc.)
    Near physical immortality (able to walk on surface of the Sun)
    Ability to reverse entropy
    Ability to create life

    Ability to reconstruct himself on the atomic scale

Psion can easily do some of these things.  And many of those at the same time.

You don't get Overdeity powers at level 1.
But some of the level 1 powers have Names exactly what you want to do.

Noticed your post one board over.
Yeah, the basic 6 disciplines are mostly flavor.
You can pick their specific powers later, off specialty via the Expanded Knowledge feat.
The disciplines roughly (!) align with the 8 arcane schools.

Superintelligence
Super-human strength
= Animal Affinity 2

Telekinesis
= Far Hand 1

Teleportation, happens later but the school is available right away.
~= Levitate 2

Control of matter at sub-atomic level
= Control Object 1, or
= Matter Agitation 1

Near-omniscience and personal precognition
= the entire Clairsentience discipline,
including 2 different powers call Precognition

I saw another thread talking about being an Unbodied, using monster progression stuff from Savage Species, throwing in some Psionics, and tampering with the Soul Eater class.

Been looking through guides and im having a hard time to decide my race for my psion
The psion itself will go with Kineticist and will start at level 1. I will go for feats Crystal affinity, crystal containment, deep meditation, Metapsionics: Twin power and Empower power. The plan being to have to focuses with the crystal, Me and crystal uses a move action to refocus then Empower+Twin power my spells when i get the PP to do so. Effectively taking all spells *1,5 twice. This is my first psion so if im shitting myself when whilst attempting to think logicly on the choices, please do tell me.
We have a 32 point buy system and start at level 1.

Azurin is nice but i dont know what to do with the essentia pool, and if i want to multiclass i feel that i would be better off with a Human there.
I am going for the theme of Dr.Manhattan so small chars, while i can flavortext it, is kinda meh.
I dont know if i am going to need the quicken ability from Synad so idk if that usefull or not

Been looking at this guide: http://www.minmaxboards.com/index.php?topic=5343 but I think its too little explanation on what is good and whatnot, and also its easier to judge if you know what i am planning to do.

There is the LA that would need to be bought off, and the racial HD could be broken down into levels as per Savage Species' monster progression stuff.

And more to the question, is the build good?

Read about Kalashtar, but i cant acces the sourcebook. In the guide it stated that it has "access to some race-specific psionic feats, and some racial psionic items." But as i said i cant access that, what is said psionic feats/items?

Blue ... probably don't fit the bill.  They are Goblins, that have a bit of blueyness about them.  Accessible via XPH or SRD (previously linked).

Elan ... probably work.  Standoffish former humans.  Have some of the abilities you (I) listed.  Accessible via XPH or SRD.

Azuran ... Humans that get a Magic Of Incarnum book thingy, instead of a small normal human thingy.  "Blue" is the theme of MOI, so if you want Blue >>> all other considerations, then trying to learn that system, will take some time.

Human ... more human than the other humans.  Play it like you want to.  Color your hair blue, whatever it takes.

Kalashtar ... gotta have the book.  If you don't then you're asking for Piracy.  Plus they're considerably more complicated than Humans, even though they're Human, even though they're not.


And here's the fun part :  you get to make the choice.

Erudite. Sorry, but psion is never going to completely get you what you want.

Only by combining the aspects of Arcane spells and Psionic powers will you achieve what you want. For example, you NEED Body outside of Body, the Wu Jen only spell, if you want multiple copies of yourself. But a Erudite can learn ANY arcane spell. And to look into the PrC Shadow Mind. Heat immunity is only possible with certain spells. If you want access to ALL time related effects, Erudite will let you cherry pick the best time ones. Here.

Creating forcefields is easier with arcne spells. Psionic sucks for Battlefield control.

Oh yeah, The Reset point trick. Time Hop and Forced dream. that should give you near omnisense for your personal future.

Size change is, again, through spells only available to Wu Jen. They got the BEST size alteration spells.

You know, I never did do the update to the EVD. I promise, this comming weekend. I'll have a new update with the rest of my Erudite notes up. Swear. I'm reorganzing my Feat Files. It's eating up all my time.

So... Dr. Manhattan is either a deity... or a StP Erudite... Yeah, that seems about right. Both are overpowered to the point of being unplayable in a normal game.

You won't be able to make a character with all of the powers of Dr. Manhattan and play in a game with other PCs, because such a character is a blatant Mary Sue. You could make a psion with a similar theme, though, and do fairly well. At the upper levels, you can literally be indestructible for short periods of time with the Timeless Body power. The energy powers are very obvious for the most part, if you just look at the names of powers.

The Time perception powers could be represented via the Seer (Clairsentience) discipline and the Nomad powers.
Reconstruct himself on the molecular scale = Astral Seed.
Create duplicates of himself = Fission

What exactly do you hope to actually do in game terms when you say "Control of matter at the sub-atomic level"? By itself, that statement doesn't really tell me much... unless you want to transmute lead to gold, or create a neutron star or something...
