What can i use Essentia for? Azurin Psion PC

Im looking to go into a psion class, and then taking the race Azurin.
I noticed that i got a boost to essentia, what can i do with this, while being psion and is there a way to change this racial ability to something else?

No, the racial ability can't be swapped unless you change from Azurin.

As far as what can be done with the essentia, look through the soulmelds to see if something jumps out at you.  There's also this Mind's Eye article that combines psionics and incarnum: http://archive.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/psm/20060217a

What attracts you to Azurin, if not the bonus essentia?
To answer your question, yes you can swap out the bonus essentia for +1 skill point per level or Feather Fall as an SLA and the Dragonblood subtype.

+2 on atribute of my choice, bonus feat.

where i explain the char more and explain that im unsure about the race, just wanted to see if i can use essentia for something good, with this post.

How are you getting the +2 from a racial?  +2 as an attribute is only available in Pathfinder or with the Complacent Human in Dragon 320 barring house rules.

The essentia can be used for soulmelds if you have access to them through feats, class features, or perhaps some items.  http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?217064-Soulmeld-List-by-Class-and-Slot has info on soulmelds.  Feats that are based on essentia investment don't have a true guide as far as I know.

Not a dedicated one, but they are listed in the Incarnum Handbook.
