[PF] Osyluth Guile stacking question

Does the bonus from Osyluth Guile (+Cha as Dodge bonus to AC when Fighting Defensively) stack with the Dodge bonus Fighting Defensively normally grants for a total of 2+Cha Dodge bonus to AC when Fighting Defensively (against 1 opponent's melee attacks at least for the feat's restrictions) ?

Dodge bonuses stack. Unless PF changed that rule, or the feat remarks on replacing the normal fighting defensively bonus, the bonuses you mentioned would stack.
