Ok... so I'm going through my spellbook trying to select my new spells from the past few levels along with composing a shopping list of spells to copy in from scrolls or other spellbooks... and I'm basically pulling hairs looking through spells at this point... So I wanted to get some suggestions from here as to some spells to pick up...

Spell Levels available 1st-8th 4 of each level from each Cleric & Wizard/Sorcerer spell lists (except 8th Lvl just 2 for now)
Excessive amounts of gold to spend on scribing spells from other class lists (&/or buying additional Blessed Books)
The DM rules wizard to be able to scribe spells from any official arcane class list. Classes that are normally arcane or divine but can be the other from an ACF or Feat do not count for this purpose, the original class must be Arcane for Wizard and Divine for Archivist. (Not that it really matters since I can cast both Arcane & Divine spells)
Many spells are reverted to 3.0 with my DM, he tends to go with the more powerful version of any spell that has multiple versions between 3.0 & 3.5 (This includes reverting many spells that got changed with the Spell Compendium) but not always. (Spells that were blatantly broken before such as Sign are not reverted back)

I primarily use my Archivist spells for buffs & healing, and obviously my Wizard Spells for Illusion, I'm always up in melee-range using my Rapier to sneak attack (Spellthief w/MS), so weapon based & touch spells are entirely viable for me...

A few spells I've scribed from other class lists include:
Hunter's Eye, Nature's Favor, Barkskin, Tactical Precision, Wild Instincts, & Break Enchantment (as 4th Lv)

So... any recommendations on spells to fill out the rest of my list and/or additional spells to scribe from any spell list?

Prohibited Schools for Changeling Wizard are: Necromancy, Enchantment, & Evocation

Phantom Foe - Will disbelief, target becomes flanked by "greatest current foe", and attacks against said foe are 50% miss chance (presumably you), touch spell Spell Compendium

3rd level
Spectral Weapon - make a shadow weapon that does melee attacks as touch attacks, Will save results in half damage and 50% chance specials (like sneak attack) don't work Spell Compendium

Phantasmal Strangler - Will disbelief, target grappled, takes 2d6 damage on your turn (no grapple check), grapple modifier equal to target's grapple modifier for target breaking free Complete Mage

4th level
Sensory Deprivation - Will disbelief, target loses all senses, including specials like blindsight and tremorsense Spell Compendium

Nightmare Terrain - Will disbelief, entangled in area, concealment/total concealment in area, you can Hide even while being observed in area Complete Mage

5th level
Fever Dream - Will save or exhausted, Fort save reduces to fatigued, all spellcasting requires Concentration check DC of this spell + spell level of spell cast, after 5 rounds target confused for 1 round (no save) Complete Mage

That's a pretty good start...

I especially like Phantasmal Strangler, I usually avoid grappling spells since their modifiers are preset or use mine (which 9 times out of 10 means it won't ever grapple anything), but one that uses the targets modifiers that I can work with... and since it's an illusion it gets to benefit from my spellfocus and other save DC boosting bonuses.

I'll continue to pass on Spectral Weapon for a few reasons:
1) My rapier is a Rogues Blade so I'm treating enemies as flatfooted constantly thus sneak-attacking every hit, A Spectral Weapon won't let me do that and can result in my sneak attacks failing when I can use them with it. (I know blink has a 50% miss chance as well, however it can be countered)
2) can't enchant a Spectral Weapon and the one from the spell isn't even a +1.
3) Will save on every attack until successful...
4) Wraithstrike is a far better spell (in my opinion) for turning melee attacks into touch attacks, and our party stockpiles Wraithstrike Potions...

I will totally be using Sensory Deprivation at some point... a way to deny blindsight & tremorsense... who wouldn't want this? Granted I already simi-deny them with the Darkstalker feat, but this will help the whole party to a greater degree than the feat helps me... Only one glaring downside to it though... it's an Illusion spell that renders most other illusions ineffective... since most illusions require the target to have sight and being blind renders you immune to sight based effects.

Anyone have more suggestions?

They dont even have to be Illusion/transmutation spells for the arcane side... just any generally useful spells to have that arn't among my prohibitted schools...

Note: we are in an epic level campaign and I am going into Master Specialist/Shadowcrafter/Shadowcraft Mage... as soon as I unlock 9th level casting via Mystic Theurge/Demiurge (in 2 more levels)... at which point advancing Archivist spellcasting any furthar would just give a few extra spell slots and dumping everything into Wizard will benefit both casting classes due to combined caster level & combined spell slots...

That's why I tagged Phantasmal Strangler - you are guaranteed the target won't have a better grapple check, which never seems to work out with other spells.

How about:

Level 2
Dark Way - make a bridge of shadow, holds 200 lbs/level
