Having a high caster level with Ur-priest, is it possible?

So I was looking at the ur Priest as I've been wanting to make a ur-priest/Bone Knight build but realized that even though I will be able to cast 9th level spells, my actual caster level will be no where near 20 or above.

Is there a way to get high caster levels with an ur-priest? It gets half of all other caster levels. Maybe using Knight of the weave and spellblade or some other combination? I would love a way to get a caster level of 200+ for a really nice algid enhancement spell

Spellthief 1/Wizard 1/Duskblade 1/Dread Necromancer 1/Sorcerer 1/Ur-Priest 1/Bone knight 10/Knight of the Weave 1 gives you CL=25 or 43+12 per practiced spellcaster feat depending on how you read Master Spellthief.

Different interpretations can reduce either, and you don't need all of them.

So after looking at this and the links Awaken posted, if I add bloodlines and practiced spellcaster, I came up with 76 for my caster level.. But I'm almost positive that I'm wrong.

Would it be easier to go at this with a completely arcane build and just have a way to cast a couple divine spells?
