FeaturesGloura Body (Ex): A gloura loses all other racial bonuses and gains fey traits (essentially low light vision). She is a small fey with a base speed of 20 feet and a reach of 5 feet. A typical coure is 2'4" to 3' tall and weighs between 20 and 35 lbs.
Weapon Finesse (Ex): A Gloura gains weapon finesse as a bonus feat at first level, even if she doesn't meet the requirements.
Nocturnal (Ex): As their mothlike wings and fluffy antennae indicate, Gloura are nocturnal fey. A gloura suffers from light blindess during the day or in areas of bright illumination, taking a -2 penalty on attack rolls. As fey connected with the underdark, a Gloura gains bonuses while in her natural environment underground - she gains a +2 bonus on Hide, Listen, Move Silently, Spot, and Survival checks when using these skills underground. She also gains the same bonus on Knowledge (dungeoneering) checks made in association with the underground.
Underdark Stonecunning (Ex): A Gloura in underground areas gains the stonecunning ability, as the dwarf racial trait of the same name, save that it only functions on stone in an enclosed or cave environment.
Ability Score increase (Ex): A Gloura begins play with ability score adjustments of +2 to Dex, +1 Cha and -2 Strength. At 2nd, 4th and 6th level, she gains +1 Dex, for a total racial dexterity bonus of +5. At 3rd, 5th and 7th level, she gains +1 cha, for a total racial charisma bonus of +5.
Underdark Air (Ex): A second level gloura's wings are not strong enough to lift her into flight yet, but they can launch her towards the sky. She gains a +8 racial bonus on jump checks (for a total of +2 after including the penalty for slower movement speed) and can always choose to take 10 on a jump check, even when threatened or distracted.
At 4th level, a gloura ascends to the skies, gaining a fly speed of 30' (poor). In underground areas, or areas of dark illumination, this manuverability increases to average. At 6th level this improves to 60' (perfect) thanks to long hours of practice.
Stoneblessing: (Su) While in underground environs, a Gloura gains a +1 bonus to caster level and saving throw DCs for spells or spell like abilities with the [Earth] descriptor or that do [Acid] damage. Earth Elementals, regardless of Gloura deviancy, have a starting attitude of friendly. This bonus improves by +1 every 4 levels. At 12th level, a Gloura can use Stone Tell as a spell like ability once per day.
Deep Song (Ex): A second level Gloura gains Bardic Music as a bard of her level. While in an underground environment, fixed Numeric bonuses provided by bardic music increase by 1. These bonuses increase again by 1 for a total of 2 at 6th level. Bardic music gained through deep song stacks with bard levels for the purposes of adjudicating when higher level songs or save DCs are learned.
Lunar Way (Ex): Gloura prefer to reside underground, but are nevertheless drawn to the moon come nightfall, succored by its power and pulled out of the entrances to the underdark. Gloura generally divide into two groups of Moonspeakers, called in the common tongue Waners and Waxers, or weals and deviants. Regardless of the path chosen, the Lunar Way grants Gloura the ability to cast spells as a bard of her Gloura level -1.
A waxing gloura is a gentle soul whose favour is sought as a sign of great fortune in the underdark by all but the vilest sort. Often even fringe drow will leave offerings in the hopes that these shy fey might bless them. A waxing Gloura can use invisibility, as the spell, once per day per gloura level as a spell like ability, but only in an underground environs, and can also cast silence on herself, as the spell, as a spell like ability, once per day per gloura level in an underground environs.
Waxing gloura often pick up supportive or beneficial healing spells. A waxing Gloura also learns the Lunar song of the Waxing moon. This special chant is initiated as a move equivalent action, consumes two uses of bardic music, requires 6 ranks in perform (singing) and lasts for up to 10 rounds of performance. Allies able to percieve this song (with a successful listen check if not in obvious audible range) enjoy the benefits of calm emotions, bless, and gain fast healing 2. They gain a +2 bonus on saving throws vs. fear effects.
A waxing gloura stands in opposition to deviant or waning gloura, and adds detect traps to her spell list, learning it automatically as a second level spell in addition to any spells she chooses. A waxing gloura with at least 9 ranks in perform's countersoung additionally functions as a zone of truth with a saving throw DC equal to 10 + 1/2 her perform ranks + her charisma bonus. She adds detect thoughts to her spells known. She gains a +4 bonus on checks made to identify magic items.
At 5th level, a waxing gloura can cast remove curse as a spell like ability once per day.
At 6th level, Evil creatures take a penalty on their saving throws agains her suggestion song equal to her charisma bonus, should she learn it via perform ranks.
At 10th level, a waxing gloura learns song of freedom at this level if she has 13 or more ranks in perform and is able to use bardic music as a bard of 10th level.
At 12th level, a waxing gloura learns the powerful Silver Song of the Ascendant Moon. A gloura with 15 or more ranks in perform and hte ability to use bardic music as a 12th level bard can spend 4 uses of bardic music to call down the purity of the silver moon. Lycanthropes who hear this song must make a fortitude save equal to 10 + 1/2 the gloura's perform (singing) ranks + her charisma modifier or revert into animal form. Once per song per ally, allies who hear it can perform a smite evil attack, using the Gloura's charisma modifier as a sacred attack bonus and her ranks in perform as a sacred damage bonus. Evil creatures able to hear the song are outlined in silver light proportionate to the strength of their aura generated by detect evil, as per the spell faerie fire - faint evil gives off light as a candle, moderate as strong as a lantern, strong as strong as a light spell, overwhelming as strong as a daylight spell. A waxing Gloura CAN be dazzled by the silver light of an overwhelmingly evil creature. A gloura can perform this song once per day, and becomes exhausted afterwards.
A waning gloura is a mischevious and cruel soul whose attention is avoided at all costs. A waning gloura underground can cast darkness, as the spell, as a spell like ability 3 times per day. At 6th level, she can cast deeper darkness, as the spell, as a spell like ability once per day, regardless of location underground. She gains darkvision out to 60', and can always see through darkness effects she herself creates.
A waning gloura often picks up harmful or deceitful spells. A waning Gloura also learns the Lunar song of the Waning Moon. This special whisper is initiated as a standard action, consumes one use of bardic music, and can be maintained as long as the gloura wishes, even with the ghost sound spell, though starting a new bardic song cancels its effect. Enemies able to percieve this song hear it as disquieting, disturbing whispers, and take a -2 penalty on saving throws vs. fear and illusion effects, as well as the effect of the bane spell. Enemies subject to this song are entitled to a will saving throw equal to 10 + 1/2 the gloura's ranks in perform + the Gloura's Charisma modifier. After successfully saving against the Waning Moon, a particular creature is immune to that Gloura's Waning Moon song for 24 hours.
A waning gloura stands in opposition to waxing or wealer gloura, and adds permanent image to her spell list, learning it automatically as a third level spell in addition to any spells she chooses. A waning gloura with at least 7 ranks in perform (sing) can add a rider to her countersong - the ability to confuse all enemies who hear it (as the spell) for one round starting when they first hear it. The will save difficulty class for this confusion effect is 10 + 1/2 the Gloura's perform (singing) ranks + her charisma modifier. She adds undetectable alignment to her spells known.
At 5th level, a waning gloura can cast bestow curse as a spell like ability 3x per day.
At 6th level, creatures take a penalty on their saving throws against her fascinate song equal to her charisma bonus, and she can fascinate creatures even when they are threatened.
At 10th level, a waning gloura learns the powerful Midnight Song of the New Moon. A gloura with 13 or more ranks in perform and the ability to use bardic music as a bard of 10th level can spend 2 uses of bardic music to create a deeper darkness effect, centered on her, and add her ranks in perform (string) or perform(sing) as bonus precision damage to all attacks made against enemies in dim or darker illumination able to hear her song. This song lasts for 10 rounds. After performing it, the gloura is fatigued for 10 rounds.
Silver Moth (Ex): A third level gloura gains damage reduction 5/cold iron. This damage reduction changes to 5/silver or cold iron when above ground. At 10th level this changes to damage reduction 10/cold iron
Unearthly Grace: A 7th level Gloura adds her charisma bonus as a sacred/profane bonus on all saving throws.
