Well, I've become increasingly dissatisfied with the tiers, but it's worth noting that the most widely accepted tier list would probably be one of these:
1,
2, or
3. Since this forum sees little traffic now, and Paizo and GitP don't seem to have widely used lists for PF, these are versions of the one that has received the most discussion. They are from the chans, which are relatively sane with regards to Pathfinder.
So, to answer your question, Power pretty much only speaks for Power, and his tier list isn't all that representative.
