Does the Warrior Genasi feat allow you to apply a damage bonus on things like a crossbow or longbow that do not normally have a damage bonus applied to them?  If not, would you be able to make "composite Intellect" bows for example if you were a Fire Genasi?

If you didn't get to add an ability score before, you don't get to apply an ability score with the feat. But a fire genasi with a regular composite bow and this could use his Int instead of Str for the damage rolls.

Since you pointed this out to me in the other thread (and I'm not sure how I missed it), I'd like to point out that your ability score increases don't follow your own rules.  They're not even and you kept the penalties.

Net gain is still only +2. And although the intro was somewhat out of date, the monster building guidelines did and do say ability score penalties can be used now and then. And the book genasi do have ability score penalties. Water and Fire had both a single up and down while Air and Earth had two ups and two downs (Wis and Cha). As detailed in the comments I removed a down from each.

Your approach of standardizing everybody to +2 is also valid.
