... in combo with the Sneak Attack variant Fighter, also from UA, here: http://www.d20srd.org/srd/variant/classes/variantCharacterClasses.htm#fighter

Exactly one level of Sneak Thug Fighter gives you:
- (4+Int) skill points, with Bluff as a class skill
- Sneak Attack +1d6
- All martial weapons
- BAB +1

... and that's about it, it's basically a full-BAB way for a Silverbrow Humans to add Bluff, and it comes with a decent perk of Sneak Attack.
