Psionic power Nerve Manipulation from the XPH.
The power list lists it as a Psion/Wilder power at level 3.
The description in the power lists it as level 5, and also a psychic warrior level 5 power.

Is it a level 3 or level 5?  Errata doesn't say.

Edit: it's not the XPH.  They're from the Athas web site who did the 3.5 version of Dark Sun.

Also Hallucination.  One-line list has it as telepath 4, description says telepath 5.

You are correct, they're both in the DSCS. But that's ascended homebrew and has only one source, so certainly no errata. Just use what it says.

My mistake.  I don't know why I said XPH.  My source says they're from the "Dark Sun Campaign Setting", but I was only able to find them on the Athas site.  To the best of my knowledge, Athas did the 3.5 version of Dark Sun.

Athas.org is the dark sun campaign setting for third edition. They were given the rights by WotC to take up the mantle of the defunct setting. So it's official second party content, much like dragon and dungeon are.
