Just remember, discipline weapons are almost entirely thematic. In ToB, I there are only a few things that use it: Blade Meditation, Desert Wind Dodge, Shadow Blade, Reaping Talons, Shards of Granite, and the Bloodclaw Master's Rending Claws class feature. There's a bit more in homebrew, but it still almost never comes up.
