Ranged ToB build

Does anyone have a link to that list of ToB maneuvers that can apply to ranged attacks?
I also remember seeing back on BG a specific swordsage archer build, does anyone know anything about that? I don't remember what it was called, but I saw it referenced by name a lot about 6 months ago, but searches have turned up nothing.

There's only about a half-dozen of them. The two mongoose boosts from TC (Raging Mongoose and Dancing Mongoose), Time Stands Still, and I don't remember the rest. Assassin's Stance also gives +2d6 SA (but that's only applicable up to 30 feet away most of the time, anyways), and a couple of SH and DW maneuvers are themselves ranged attacks.
