CPsi is known for a lot of crap. One of the things I've noticed is that a surprisingly large number of its powers were already printed in other books. Synchronicity and Anticipatory Strike were in RoD. Telekinetic Boomerang is from RotW. Quite a few others are reprints from the Mind's Eye web articles. Several other listings are just reprints of XPH powers with minor tweaks (or nerfs). How much (or how little) of it is actually new?
