Skills: 6+int modifier per level, quadruple at 1st level, class skills are Appraise, Balance, Bluff , Climb Concentration , Diplomacy , Disguise , Hide , Intimidate , Knowledge (any) , Listen , Move Silently , Search , Sense Motive , Spellcraft , Spot , Survival, Use Rope.
Proficiencies:Simple and martial weapons, its own natural weapons.
Features:Paelyrion Body:The Paelyrion loses all other racial bonus and gains outsider traits (basicaly darkvision 60 feets). It's a medium sized outsider with base speed 40 feets and two natural claw attacks dealing 1d6+Str mod damage each. It can attack with both claws as a standard action whitout any penalty.
The Paelyrion also gains a bonus to Nat armor equal to its Con modifier.
Rouge Magic: The Paelyrion becomes able to use some SLAs at each level, as long as it is using heavy make-up on its face. Saves are 10+1/2HD+Cha modifier. If the Paelyron sings while casting the SLA, increase any DCs by 1 (the respective player must sing something, no matter how badly, or post a lyric verse with fancy letter effects in the case of play by post). The Paelyrion SLAs may have extra effects compared to the normal spell. Check each entry for details.
1- Charm Person, Silent Image, Detect Chaos, and Detect Good each 2/day per HD.
2-Produce Flame, Disguise Self and Command each 1/day per HD.
3-Invisibility and Hold Person each 1/day per HD
4-Desecrate 1/day per 2 HD, See Invisibility permanent effect on self and Minor Image by spending two uses of Silent Image.
5-Fireball, Suggestion and Dispel Magic each 1/day per 2 HD. At 11 HD the Dispel Magic upgrades to Greater Dispel Magic.
6-Animate Dead, Vampiric Touch, Magic Circle against Good each 1/day per 3 HD, and Major Image by spending three uses of Silent Image. Plus a Tongues permanent effect on self.
7-Wall of Fire 1/day per 2 HD, and Greater Invisibility by spending two uses of Invisibility
8-Enervation 1/day per 4 HD, Polymorph by spending four uses of Disguise Self, or just two uses if targeting the Paelyrion itself, and Symbol of Sleep 1/day per 4 HD, but if the material cost isn't paid, doesn't last more than 24 hours.
9-Teleport 1/day per 3 HD, upgrades to greater teleport at 13 HD, Greater Command by Spending four uses of Command, Symbol of Pain 1/day per 4 HD, but if the material cost isn't paid, doesn't last more than 24 hours.
10-Antilife Shell, Dispel Good 1/day per 5 HD and Hold Monster by spending two uses of Hold Person.
11-Permanent Image, Forbiddance, Symbol of Persuasion 17day per 5 HD, but if the material cost isn't paid, doesn't last more than 24 hours.
12-Unhallow, Symbol of Fear 1/day per 5 HD, but if the material cost isn't paid, doesn't last more than 24 hours
13-Mindblank permanent effect on self, can be ended or restarted as a swift action, and Symbol of Stunning 1/day per 6 HD, but if the material cost isn't paid, doesn't last more than 24 hours.
14-Shadow Walk, Symbol of Stunning 1/day per 6 HD, but if the material cost isn't paid, doesn't last more than 24 hours.
15-Blasphemy, Dictum, Word of Recall each 1/day per 8 HD, and Symbol of Insanity 1/day per 7 HD, but if the material cost isn't paid, doesn't last more than 24 hours.
16-Screen, Unholy Aura each 1/day per 8 HD, and Symbol of Death 1/day per 7 HD, but if the material cost isn't paid, doesn't last more than 24 hours.
17-Meteor Swarm 1/day per 5 HD.
18-Implosion 1/day per 9 HD, can keep concentration as a swift or move action.
19-Soul Bind 1/day per 10 HD. The Paelyrion can still talk to a victim trapped this way and hear back, as well as use Wis, Int or Cha-based Skills with them.
20-Imprisonment each 1/day per 10 HD. The Paelyrion can still talk to a victim trapped this way and hear back, as well as use Wis, Int or Cha-based Skills with them.
Spawned this Way: Paeliryons believe that information is the key to power. When it uses its Charm Person SLA, the Paeliryon can add both its Str and Cha mod to checks to convince the affected victim to reveal any kind of information. The Paeliryon can also add its Str mod to Gather Information checks, and extend the duration of its Charm Person to permanent on a number of victims equal to double its Paeliryon level, as long as those victims are used only for collecting information, spying, and similar. Attempting to make them do anything else automatically breaks the charm effect.
Ability increase: The Paeliryon gains a permanent
+1 Cha at levels 2, 7, 10, 13, 16, 19, 20, 21, 22
+1 Str at levels 4, 8, 11, 14, 17, 19, 20, 21, 22
+1 Con at levels 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 20, 21, 22
For a total of +7 Str, +7 Cha and +6 Con at 20th level, and +9 Str, +9 Cha and +8 Con at 22th level.
Devil:At 2nd level the Paelyrion gains resistance to fire and and a bonus on saves against poison equal to his HD, and resistance to acid and cold equal to half his HD. Plus telepathy 40 feets plus 10 feets for each extra HD from here. Also gains the evil and lawfull subtypes and his weapons/natural attacks count as evil and lawfull for bypassing DR.
In adtion, its darkvision applies to all kinds of darkness, even deeper darkness.
Hell Skin: At third level the Paeliryon gains DR/Silver and good equal to half its HD and SR equal to 11+HD. It may raise or lower its SR at any time as a free action even if it isn't its turn.
Fabulous Fingernails: At 4th level the Paeliryon's fingernails can extend from its hands as a free action, doubling its natural reach with its claw attack. Retracting them is another free action. They also grant the Paelyrom a burrow speed equal to half its base speed, and always look fantastic even after a whole day of digging and killing.
Wings: At 5th level the Paeliryon grows heavy, batlike wings that grant it a flight speed of 100 feet with poor maneuverability.
Summon Agents: At 6th level 1/day as a standard action the Paeliryon can summon 4 lemures that serve for 1 minute/HD. As it gains levels it can summon stronger options.
9-Two bearbed devils, or double the previous option.
12-Two Erinyes, or double the previous option
15-Two bone devils
17-Two Ice Devils, or double the previous option
20-Two Horned Devils, or double the previous option
Growth: At 7th and 14th level the Paeliryon grows a size category. Its natural armor increases by an extra 1 each such time.
Killer Face: At 8th level the Paeliryon gains a Bite attack that deals 2d6+half Str mod damage, and also gains the Scent standard ability and Cold Resistance equal to its HD.
Belitle: At 9th level as a standard action the Paeliryon can belitle creatures by hurling insults and epithets that seem to strike at the heart of its foes insecurities. This is a mind-affecting effect that originates from the Paeliryon and extends outward in a 60 feet cone. All opponents within the cone must make a Will save with DC 10+1/2 HD+Cha mod or be stunned for 1 round. Those who succeed on their saves but remain within the cone must continue to save each round that the Paeliryon continues to belitle them (which demands a swift or move action each turn from the Paeliryon to maintain). After being stunned, opponents become shaken for 3d4 rounds, though they cannot be stunned again by the Paeliryon for one day. If the Paeliryon has 13 or more HD even creatures normally immune can be affected, but they gain a +5 bonus on their saves.
Deform: At 10th level the Paeliryon can twist and deform victims struck by its fingernails. Those struck by the fingernails must make a Fortitude save with DC 10+1/2 HD+Str mod or take 1d4 points of Charisma damage on top of regular damage.
Intoxicating Scent: At 11th level the Paerliryon starts stiking of unwashed bodies and brimstone. Even worst than before that is. Any creature that comes whitin 30 feet of it must make a Will save with DC 10+1/2 HD+Cha mod or be intoxicated by its pernicious aura. This works like a Mind Fog effect inside the range. Creatures that sucessfully save remain immune to that Paeliryon's intoxicating scent for 10 minutes. By hugging a willing creature for one hour, the Paeliryon can make them
completely mindbroken immune for 24 hours as well. It can hug multiple willing creatures simultaneously as long as they're all whitin arm's reach.
Augmented Critical: At 12th level the Paeliryon's fingernails threaten a critical on a natural roll of 19-20 and deal triple damage in a sucessful critical.
Papparazis: At 13th level when the Paeliryon uses its Suggestion SLA to make a victim reveal or collect information, it can add its Str mod to the DC, and the victim will not remember having done so after the Paeliryon collects the information.
You and I: At 14th level the Paeliryon can add its Cha mod as a Luck bonus to attack rolls, damage rolls, saves, AC and CL of non-area SLAs against opponents that failed their save against its Belitle for the next 24 hours, and any SLA it uses against such opponents have any CL cap removed. Even if the victims saved, the Paeliryon can add half its Cha mod to the same things for 1 round.
On the Edge of Glory: At 15th level when an opponent saves against the Paeliryon's Charm Person or Suggestion, it instantly gains a standard action that must be used to attack the one that saved with a non-mind affecting ability.
Magic Manicure: At 16th level the fabulous fingernails of the Paeliryon gain each an enanchment bonus to attack and damage rolls equal to ½ its HD. They cannot have an enanchment bonus to attack and damage rolls higher than +5, but it can swap numeric enanchments for special abilities of equivalent value. The choices can be changed with 8 hours of carefully paintings its fabulouns fingernails witht the fresh blood of one innocent per +1 enanchment to be changed (always 8 hours, regardless of how much changes are made).
Greedy Game: At 17th level the Paeliryon has no limit to how many creatures it can keep charmed with its Spawned This Way ability, and can see trough their eyes, smell trough their noses and hear trough their hears as a swift action regardless of distance. It can even use its own skills trough the victim by concentrating as a fullround action. However if any kind of harm happens to that creature while the Paeliryion is using their senses, the Paeliryon is affected as well.
So Happy You Could Die: At 18th level the Paeliryon can attack with both claws and use one of its SLAs as a single fullround action
Again Again: At 19th level the Paeliryon gains a cumulative +2 profane bonus to attack and damage rolls and save DCs against an opponent if it attacked it last turn.
Just Dance: At 20th level, after a Paeliryon damages a creature with its fabulous fingernails, it can affect them with its mind-affecting abilities even if they were immune, altough they gain a +5 bonus on their saves if they wouldn't normally be affected. The Paeliryon may also make victims who fail their saves against its abilities dance rhytmically as an extra effect. This doesn't have any direct mechanical effect, altough certain circumstances may grant a bonus to the Paeliryon.
In addition the Paeliryon gains a Deflection bonus to AC equal to its Cha mod.
Big Devil Now: At 21st level the Paeliryon can use its SLAs of 5th level or lower at will, and make one Symbol of each kind with normal duration without paying the material cost with its SLAs. In addition its fabulous fingernials can now have an enanchment bonus to attack and damage rolls higher than +5.
Tyrannical Takeover: At 22nd level when the Paeliryion or one of its allies whitin sight slays an enemy leader, all of the minions of the victim automatically run away, or surrender if retreat is not an option. Either way, with 1 hour of devilish words on the region, the Paeliryion can put one of his charmed creatures as boss of the leaderless minions. It assigns the new glorious leader a specific lawful evil agenda with a clear objective (like take over this country, or kill individual X), and from there can't give him more orders. The agenda will be followed as best as possible, and even after completed the organization will turn to new lawful evil objectives of their own devising.
All the meanwhile the Paeliryon covers his own dirty tracks and makes sure to put a good face to the general public. Creatures with CR 4 lower than the Paliryon's own are auomatically indiferent and will never attack the Paeliryon unless it or one of its allies attacks them first, even if under magic orders by somebody else. Creatures of a CR of half or lower of the Paeliryon's own are automatically friendly instead of indiferent. This doesn't stack with other effects that change a creature's disposition.
A Paeliryon who takes this alternate class feature suffers the following changes:
2nd level-Instead of Devil, the Paelyrion gains the Oni ability, that grants it resistance against cold, fire and acid equal to its HD, and the Deceivingly Innocent Form feat as a bonus feat (if it already had it, it may pick another featit qualifies for).
6th level-Instead of Summon Agents, the Paelyrion gains Regeneration equal to half its HD, that is bypassed by jade, kuni crystal weapons, or blessed weapons with an enanchment bonus equal to at least 1/5 the Paelyrion's HD.

Once I found a gaming article on the net that described the Paeliryon in three words:
And from there this class basically wrote itself.
Ok, the fact that the original monster has like a bazillion SLAs and a solid amount of default abilities also helped to fill in the levels.
The end result was a gish-in-a-can of sorts. Plenty of SLAs covering a variety of tricks, and pimped nails for ripping stuff in melee. It has also unique abilities to play a more behind the scenes manipulating game, but is ready to shred faces personally
if when things go wrong.
So if you want to play a simply fabulous devil, the Paeliryon's for you!
