Simultaneous Inspire Courage and Dragonfire Inspiration

Could a Kobold Bard with Dragonfire Inspiration use the standard Inspire Courage on one turn and then begin a Dragonfire Inspiration the next turn to provide the bonuses of each effect for the 4 rounds the 2 songs could overlap?

How about if we toss in Lingering Song (feat) and Crystal Echoblade? How does that change the duration math for the different effects?
