In a few games my character is going to get a nice little buckler, my character uses a two handed weapon and I don't want to change it. I'm playing a Cleric with craft magic arms and armour, I'd like to enchant the buckler with something that lets me attack with that arm and keep the AC bonus. The best I can come up is making the SpC spell 'Heroics' permanent via permanence, but I'm worried about it getting dispelled. I'm character level 5, going on 6 and have higher than average wealth by level. I think we are using the PF version of animate shield, so that's not great and I can't enchant it any ways. So is there anyway I can use the buckler and keep its AC bonus when attacking?

Don't know of any, but Alchemist 2 or Synthesist Summoner 1 dips would let you gain an additional limb to hold the shield in.

But I'm guessing 2 levels of lost CL progression (Synth is the worse of the 2 choices, since it'll lock your str/dex/con in at around 14-16 each, if they were higher, and remove your ability to wear armor) is even less attractive than spending a feat.
