What are spells that can raise the mental stats?

I know of Fox's Cunning, Owl's Wisdom, and Eagle's Splendor (and the Mass versions)
SpC gives us Nixie's Grace, Owl's Insight, and Righteous Aura.
Honorable mention goes to Wish & Miracle.

Any others?

I'm particularily interested in 10 min/level, 4th level or less spells, or more than a +4 bonus (or one that will stack with enhancement bonus)

Extract Gift, Chasing Perfection, PAO.

Thanks. I may be using that PAO for raising Int.

Anything for raising Int by +5, that's 4th level or less?
