One of those eternal debates - it depends on how you want to interpret the phrase "stacks with all others".

Yeah, I've seen it argued both ways (at length :p) - personally, I think if the character wants to spend the cash for it (for real, not morphing shuriken crap) I think it should be fine.  It's not like AC couldn't use the help.
