Disjunction and Greater Curse

How does Disjunction interact with permanent spells that normally require a specific spell to undo (in case of greater curse "wish, miracle, remove curse at caster level 17) ?

D-bomb is more of a non-specific trump.
Unless it is specifically called out (such as in the case of artifacts), it usually works.
However, in the case where the spell in question actually calls out Wish and Miracle .... I'd say "no-go".
