Proficiencies: a Cyclonic Ravager isn't proficient with any armor or weapons.

Features:
Cyclonic Body: The Cyclonic Ravager loses all other racial bonuses, and gains Elemental traits:
(click to show/hide)

It also gains the Air and Extraplanar Subtypes, a base speed each equal to 30 feet, two natural slam attacks dealing 1d4+Str mod damage each and medium size. It can speak and has limbs capable of fine manipulation.

Deflecting Winds: A Cyclonic Ravager controls the air around it to knock aside sword blows, arrows, and even magical rays. The ravager gains a deflection bonus to AC equal to ½ its Str mod plus ½ its Dex mod.

Blowing Storm: As a standard action, the cyclonic ravager can cause a surge of mighty wind in a creature whitin 40 feet plus 10 feet per HD. The victim must succeed on a Ref save with DC 10+1/2HD+1/2 Str mod+ ½ Dex mod, or be pushed up to 10 feet plus 5 feet per HD in a direction of the ravager's choice. If they failed by 4 or more they're also knocked prone. A creature can choose to fail this save voluntarily, in which case it's not knocked prone. The ravager can push a creature outside the range of this effect, but either way cannot end up in another creature or object's space. If however you made them move at least 10 feet and end up adjacent to another creature or object, they both take 1d6 damage for each 5 feet left to move and the second target must make a reflex save with the same DC or be knocked prone. Victims take a -4 penalty on this save per size category they're below the Cyclonic Ravager. Bigger creatures gain a +4 bonus per size category they're above the Cyclonic Ravager..

Ability Score Increase: The Cyclonic Ravager gains +1 Str and +1 Dex at each level, for a total of  +15 Str and +15 Dex at 15th level.

Living Cyclone: At 2nd level the Cyclonic Ravager gains DR/magic equal to ½ its HD and the Scent standard ability.

Searing Wind:The first wind of Yan-C-Bin's ascension is from the desert-Forger,  cleansing away impurity. At 2nd level 1/hour per  HD as a standard action the Cyclonic Ravager can deliver a melee touch attack that deals 1d6+Str mod+Dex mod damage. At 6 HD and every 3 HD thereafter the damage die size increases one step. Creatures that are immune to critical hits only take half damage from this. This may also be channeled trough a sucessful slam attack as a free action 1/round. No more than one wind of ascension (searing, plague, denying, blessed, vitalizing, changing, waker) may be channeled trough a single slam attack.

Hurricane Omen: At 3rd level the Cyclonic Ravager can fly at its base speed with perfect maneuverability.

Ascending Wind: At 3rd level whenever the Cyclonic Ravager  uses Blowing Storm, it may combine it with any of its winds of ascension (searing, plague, denying, blessed, vitalizing, changing, waker) as an immediate action, in which case the target suffers its effects as if hit by the melee touch attack if they fail their reflex save. If the Cyclonic ravager uses this combination, it expends an use and cannot use the respective wind of ascension for any abilities for 1d4 rounds. You cannot combine if you don't have uses left.

Plague Wind: The second wind of Yan-C-Bin's ascension is from the swamp-Reaver, slaying the unworthy. At 4th level as a standard action  1/hour per 2 HD the Cyclonic Ravager can deliver a melee touch attack on a creature that inflicts a Contagion effect as the spell, with save DC 10+1/2 HD+1/2 Str mod+ ½ Dex mod. If the cyclonic Ravager has 12 or more HD this disease can affect even creatures normally immune to them, but they gain a +5 bonus on their saves.  This may also be channeled trough a sucessful slam attack as a free action 1/round. No more than one wind of ascension (searing, plague, denying, blessed, vitalizing, changing, waker) may be channeled trough a single slam attack.

Yan-C-Bin's Cunning: At 4th level the Cyclonic Ravager gains a racial bonus on Escape Artist, Hide, Listen, Move Silently and Survival checks equal to ½ its HD.

Buffeting Wind: At 5th level the Cyclonic Ravager may, as a fullround action, use Blowing Storm in all creatures in a a burst with radius equal to half the normal range. This also counts as a strong wind in the area for purposes of cleaning away fogs, puting out unprotected nonmagical fires and similar. This cannot be combined with Ascending Wind.

Hurricane Dance: At 5th level the Cyclonic Ravager gains evasion and SR equal to 11+HD, which may be risen or dropped at any time as a free action, even if it isn't its turn. This cannot be combined with Ascending Wind.

Denying Wind: The third wind of Yan-C-Bin's ascension is from the ocean -Eliminator, clearing the path to victory. At 6th level as a standard action 1/hour per 3 HD the Cyclonic Ravager can deliver a melee touch attack on a creature that erases their strategies. If the target has prepared spells/readied maneuvers, you become aware of them and pick one for every 2 HD you have. Prepared spells are expended whitout effect and readied maneuvers are unreadied whitout effect as well 1/round. No more than one wind of ascension (searing, plague, denying, blessed, vitalizing, changing, waker) may be channeled trough a single slam attack.

In the case of spontaneous spells and/or SLAs, you become aware of how many spell slots/ SLA uses of each level/kind they have left, and then choose one to be expended whitout effect for every 2 HD you have. If the target has multiple instances (like spells and maneuvers and SLAs), you can only pick one to deny.

This may also be channeled trough a sucessful slam attack as a free action.

Twin Cyclone: At 6th level the Cyclonic Ravager may perform two winds of ascension as a single fullround action.

Growth: At 7th level the Cyclonic Ravager grows one size category.

Hurricane Sign: At 7th level the Cyclonic Ravager now flies at double its base speed and can use Invisibility as a SLA a number of times per day equal to its HD.

Blessed Wind: The fourth wind of Yan-C-Bin's ascension is from the plains- Anointer, deifying the worthy. At 8th level as a standard action 1/hour per 4 HD the Cyclonic Ravager can deliver a melee touch attack that restores the target to full HP. The Cyclonic Ravager can hit itself with this 1/round. No more than one wind of ascension (searing, plague, denying, blessed, vitalizing, changing, waker) may be channeled trough a single slam attack.

Ascending Storm: At 8th level as a standard action the Cyclonic Ravager can unleash any one of its winds of ascension on a cone with up to 10 feet per HD. Targets inside are allowed a Reflex save with DC 10+1/2 HD+ Str mod + Dex mod to resist the effects (yes both full mods to the DC).  This costs two uses of the respective wind of ascension. This also counts as a strong wind in the area for purposes of cleaning away fogs, puting out unprotected nonmagical fires and similar 1/round. No more than one wind of ascension (searing, plague, denying, blessed, vitalizing, changing, waker) may be channeled trough a single slam attack.

Twin Hurricane:  At 9th level the Cyclonic Ravager may perform two Blowing Storms as a fullround action. This can be combined with Ascending Wind, but each Blowing Storm has to be combined with a diferent wind of ascension.

Gone with the Wind: At 9th level, 1/day per 3 HD, whenever an opponent fails their reflex save against Blowing Storm, you may force them to make another reflex save with  DC10+1/2 HD+Str mod+Dex mod as a free action 1/round. If they fail,  multiply the distance they travel by 100, but they don't take damage in the end. Even if you leave them in mid-air, they'll land relatively gently. You may use this in yourself, in which case you can bring any adjacent willing creatures with you.

Vitalizing Wind:The fifth wind of Yan-C-Bin's ascension is from the forests- Exalter, fulfilling destiny. At 10th level as a standard action 1/hour per 5 HD the Cyclonic Ravager can deliver a melee touch attack that grants the target a profane bonus to AC, Saves, weapons(manufactured and natural) attack and damage rolls equal to ½ its HD for 1 round 1/round. No more than one wind of ascension (searing, plague, denying, blessed, vitalizing, changing, waker) may be channeled trough a single slam attack.

Favorable Storm: At 10th level whenever an ally of the Cyclonic Ravager willingly fails their save against Blowing Storm or any of its variants, they don't provoke aoos by being moved by it.

Avatar of Elemental Evil: At 11th level the Cyclonic Ravager starts atracting a myriad of cultists that believe it to be an avatar of  some angry elemental god that'l soon devastate the land, seeking to save their own lifes by pledging their lifes to the Cyclonic Ravager. And who knows, that may just be right.

Treat this as leadership, except that the Cyclonic Ravager gains only evil followers, not a cohort, the Cyclonic Ravager uses either ½ Str mod+1/2 Dex mod instead of Cha mod, it doesn't take any penalty for losing/sacrificing those followers and losses are replenished every night as new fanatics flock to its presence. Cleric followers must pick the Air domain and then either Evil or Destruction. The Cyclonic Ravager may also atract evil-aligned air elementals as followers.

Air Burst: A Cyclonic  Ravager is a cunning tactician and knows how to complement its abilities to allies. At 11th level, 1/day the Cyclonic Ravager may empower one of its followers under its invisibility SLA as an inmediate action. While doing so, the invisibile follower can use the Cyclonic Ravager's HD instead of his own HD for any level purposes like CL, ML, IL or simple HD checks, and also gains an enanchment bonus to attack rolls, damage rolls, saves and AC equal to ½ the Cyclonic Ravager's own  (½ Str mod+1/2 Dex mod). This effect (including the invisibility) lasts for 24 hours or 1 minute after the follower does something that would break the invisibility, whatever comes first.

Changing Wind: The sixth wind of Yan-C-Bin's ascension is from the sky-Cyclos, reshaping reality. At 12th level as a standard action 1/hour per 6 HD the Cyclonic Ravager can deliver a melee touch attack that inflicts a Baleful Polymorph as the spell, except the save DC is 10+1/2 HD+1/2 Str mod+1/2 Dex mod, it can affect Incorporeal and gaseous creatures, and creatures with the shapechange subtype cannot revert to its normal form as a standard action. Even creatures specifically immune to polymorph may be affected, but they gain a +5 bonus on their save. Afflicted targets that fail their Will save after 24 hours get a new save every 1d12 years to end this effect. This may also be channeled trough a sucessful slam attack as a free action 1/round. No more than one wind of ascension (searing, plague, denying, blessed, vitalizing, changing, waker) may be channeled trough a single slam attack.

This Certainly isn't Earth Anymore: At 12th level 1/day per 4 HD whenever an opponent fails their save against Blowing Wind, you may force them to make a Will save with DC10+1/2 HD+Str mod+Dex mod as a free action 1/round. If they fail, you inflict a Plane Shift effect on them, except you cannot send them to any Elemental Plane except for the Plane of Air (non-elemental planes are fine). You can use this in yourself, in which case you may bring any number of adjacent willing creatures with you.

Sudden  Hurricane: At 13th level the Cyclonic Ravager now flies at triple its base speed and gains Improved Evasion. It may now also use Buffeting Wind as a standard action.

Eye of the Storm: Yan-C-Bin, the Prince of Evil Air Elementals, sends his strongest cyclonic Ravagers to toss his enemies about like kites in a hurricane. At 13th level when an opponent fails their save against Blowing Storm of any kind, the Cyclonic Ravager may use one basic Blowing Storm on that same target on the next round as a move action. If they fail again then the Cyclonic Ravager may use one basic Blowing Storm on that same target on the next round as a free action, and repeat this every round until the opponent saves. The Cyclonic Ravager may perform this on multiple opponents simultaneously as long as they all keep failing their saves.

If the victim has a trailing rope connected between itself and the Cyclonic Ravager, increase all Blowing Storm DCs by 2 and the victim no longer automatically suceeds its saves on natural 20s.

Waker Wind:The seventh wind of Yan-C-Bin's ascension is from the tallest mountain-Zephos, linking the heroes. At 14th level as a standard action 1/hour per  7 HD the Cyclonic Ravager can deliver a melee touch attack that forces the opponent to suceed on a Will save or become an ally of the Cyclonic Ravager, fighting at its side for 1d4 rounds and then instantly  leaving the battlefield carried by mysterious winds for some quest for Yan-C-Bin, probably involving rescuing a princess and collecting relics. This may also be channeled trough a sucessful slam attack as a free action 1/round. No more than one wind of ascension (searing, plague, denying, blessed, vitalizing, changing, waker) may be channeled trough a single slam attack.

Smite of Seven Winds: at 15th level as a fullround action 1/hour, if the Cyclonic Ravager has at least one use of each wind of ascension remaining, it may perform a special charge. First it may use Blessed Wind or Vitalizing Wind each once as a free action  on any creature it passed adjacent to (but not itself). Then it  attacks with both slam attacks at the end of the charge and if it hits either attack, the target is subject to Searing Wind, Plague Wind, Denying Wind, Changing Wind and Waker Wind in that order on top of regular damage. This can be used even if some of your winds of ascension were in “cooldown”, but you need enough charges left of each kind of wind of ascension to start with.

Yan-C-Bin's essence: At 15th level as a fullround action 1/hour the Cyclonic Ravager may combine Buffeting Wind and Ascending Wind, spending only one use of the respective wind of ascension (cannot do this is if no uses left). It can only combine with one wind of ascension, but can choose for certain targets to don't suffer its effects, such as Vitalizing wind only on allies, or Searing Wind only on enemies (can target itself).  Once per day, it may inflict any one wind of ascension of its choice on each target when using this, and doesn't spend uses or makes any of the winds of ascension enter “cooldown”.

Yees! I have been waiting for another Avatar of Elemental Evil after the awesome job you did on that Black Rock Triskelion. This looks like it will be doing it's role as a controller incredibly well, which is pretty awesome. Lots of movement, debuffing, throwing people the hell around and what not.

Can this Blessed Wind be used on the Ravager's own self? It doesn't say it can't be, but it just feels like one of those things that should be mentioned if it can.

Other than that, excellent job.

P.S. Is it just me, or is Yan-C-Bin a really silly name?
The Paladin Code: Detect Evil, Smite it, ask questions later.

No saving throw for Denying Wind? That looks quite nasty... 20 prepared spells lost (of its choice... so your best ones...) if you get hit by a 20th level version of this thing, since it gets two attacks per round. That makes this like the ultimate wizard/cleric/druid killer.

That picture is awesome, though, and overall I like this.

The "super" Mass Heal effect (by using Blessed Wind in a cone) is quite powerful for 8th level, especially since it can be used multiple times per day (once per hour at 8th level).

Clarified that you can target yourself with the healing one.

That demands, you know, actually landing two melee hits on the 20th level wizard/cleric/druid.  :p

It's pretty good  yes, but remember you don't get to select between enemies and allies, so it can get tricky to avoid healing the opposition while geting your whole group on it.

Meanwhile Full party healing between combats is something a 1st level crusader can acomplish simply by hating scenery enough.

It's not as impossible as many make it out to be, especially with good mundane hiding skills. Are this things abilities SLAs or Su? Sticking Pierce Magical Concealment on this thing could help.

Blowing storm doesn't say what kind of save it provokes and the DC is a little strange looking.

For Denying Wind, the text implies that you take out the spells but leave the spell slots (which is why it works differently for spontaneous casters.) Could a caster of prepared spells activate an ability that requires an empty spell slot (like Mage of the Arcane Order's Spellpool ability) using a slot that was emptied by DW?

Added clause to stop the channeling of multiple winds of ascension into a single slam (at least until you hit 15th level).

It's not as impossible as many make it out to be, especially with good mundane hiding skills. Are this things abilities SLAs or Su? Sticking Pierce Magical Concealment on this thing could help.
Pierce Magical Concealment is a standard action, so you're only geting one slam. I also point out when something is a SLA.

Blowing storm doesn't say what kind of save it provokes and the DC is a little strange looking.

DC added.

And by your reading, spellcasters can cast infinite spells per day by default, since you're claiming that an expended spell leaves a an useable spell slot behind.

Missed the expended clause. In that case, though, why the alternate effect for spontaneous casters? Why not just force them to expend spell slots?

Hmm, good point in retrospective, changed.
