What happens if a character is entangled by multiple net/web attacks?

Do any of the penalties stack? What about the tests to break free?

The penalties would not stack, as they all just keep applying the same entangled effect.  Anchoring or using the ropes on the nets to limit movement would each have to be overcome, however.  Breaking free would have to be done one-at-a-time.
