The Assassin spell Sniper's Shot removes the range restriction for sneak attacks for 1 round. You can sneak attack the guy on the other end of the football field if you want.
The Assassin spell Sniper's Eye grants a bonus to Spot checks, Darkvision, the ability to make ranged sneak attacks up to 60 ft., and "The ability to make a death attack with a ranged weapon rather than just with a melee weapon. The target must be within 60 feet."
I'm assuming it doesn't work, but there's no other ability that could end up removing the 60 foot restriction on the death attack, is there?
