Also, what are the rules on volleys? I'm pretty sure this qualifies.

We haven't proven life doesn't exist on/in/is other planets and Batman fights aliens all the time. Flanking bonuses for Jupiter's alignment?

I think you figured it out. Jupiter gives Batman flanking. Batman using his batarang and knocks the sun out. Batman could kill the sun, but he wouldn't, because batman doesn't kill. He just drops you from a few stories up and breaks your ankles. The sun won't kill batman because he's just too much fun.

But it's an AoE.  No attack rolls, it's a reflex save for half!

So invisibility is basically a reflex save vs. Photons if you have  Evasion?
Hmm.

You're right.  It's an AoE with no save.

You know, I'm pretty sure Immortal's Handbook has stats for the Sun's HP and Hardness...

As well as the same for THE KNOWN UNIVERSE.

You could pick up the universe if you had a Strength of at least 855, but I digress...

On the subject of hitting things, obviously the Sun has Distant Shot.

Which begs the question...

Can the Sun see the world? Or does it need the moon to act as its spotter?

The Sun is simply an epic commoner with Chicken-Infested and a spell pouch.  Photons are miniature chickens.

An epic commoner...  Only in D&D is this possible.   :lol

Oh it's possible. Whenever I GM every commoner takes only a single move in a round and has a readied action to GTFO if something happens, as a matter of survival. So a barmaid gaining xp from surviving bar fights (thrown mugs, tables, charging patrons) could easily reach mid levels by retirement. A barmaid on Sigil...now there's your epic commoner.
Hmm.

I guess it's a good thing we're not arguing about fantasy comics then!
